Drive regional sales growth for industrial networking and industrial communication solutions in Brazil and broader Latin America
Develop and manage key accounts, partners, and channel ecosystems across priority Brazilian and Latin American markets
Identify and execute new business opportunities in power, energy, rail, and industrial automation sectors
Lead solution-oriented sales engagements for complex, project-based customers
Build long-term relationships with utilities, system integrators, EPCs, and large industrial customers
Address market positioning and customer trust challenges commonly faced by Chinese industrial technology vendors
Collaborate closely with global HQ, R&D, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and strong customer support
Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and long-term business expansion planning
Proven B2B sales leadership experience in industrial networking, power & energy, or industrial automation
Strong hands-on sales experience in the Brazilian market, with solid understanding of local customers, partners, and channel structures
Mandatory background in the power and energy industry
Experience with solution-based or system-level sales models
Ability to work independently in a remote-based role in Brazil, managing regional responsibilities.
