Backend Engineer Position The role involves driving business success and improving patient outcomes as a skilled Backend Engineer (PHP / Laravel).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize our Electronic Health Record platform using PHP / Laravel, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create database schemas that represent and support healthcare processes.
• Implement APIs for internal and external use, facilitating seamless integration with other healthcare systems and third-party services.
• Ensure the platform's compliance with healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA, by implementing robust security measures and data protection protocols.

Additional Responsibilities

• Mentor junior developers in backend development best practices, code review, and team collaboration.
• Stay updated on new technology trends and evaluate their application to continually innovate and enhance the platform.
• Contribute to agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with designers to refine the platform's user interface and experience, implementing responsive and intuitive front-end functionalities using modern JavaScript frameworks.
