A global manufacturing company in Manaus is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist managers with various tasks, including scheduling, project coordination, and environmental management activities. The ideal candidate should possess advanced PC skills and the ability to analyze data and communicate effectively. This position is a full-time role with opportunities for involvement in special projects and compliance with company policies.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to functional managers.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including facility bookings.
  • Lead or participate in special projects and events.
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations as needed.
  • Generate reports and maintain records.
  • Support environmental management activities.

JOB SUMMARY

Support assigned functional managers and/or executives by providing administrative and clerical support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate executives, directors and/or manager’s calendar, meetings, correspondence and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Participate or lead special projects and/or events.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations when required.
  • Administer program, projects and/or processes specific to the department served.
  • Serve as the administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues relating to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
  • Generate reports and graphs as needed.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Plan and prepare for customer visits.
  • Serve as resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
