Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee onsite MRO and spare parts operations for a manufacturing client. You will manage day-to-day activities, optimize inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong MRO experience, knowledge of industrial machinery and parts, and proven leadership in inventories, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives at a customer site.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations or related discipline.
• Strong experience in MRO, industrial spare parts, technical supply or manufacturing operations.
• Good knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, spare parts and technical components.
• Experience supporting machinery maintenance requirements, sourcing and supplier coordination.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day onsite MRO and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Oversee spare-parts inventory, replenishment, stock accuracy and inventory optimisation.
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, backorders, supply disruptions and escalations.
• Coordinate product, supplier and alternative sourcing for machinery spare-parts.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and cost-saving initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead onsite support while coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the industrial supply chain solutions sector, supporting inventory and operational services to manufacturing customers. We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager (MRO, Spare parts) to oversee onsite operations and act as the key point of contact for an assigned customer account. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong knowledge of MRO, machinery spare parts and industrial components, together with experience in inventory operations, supplier coordination and continuous improvement.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: North Region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Strong MRO / machinery spare-parts experience is essential

The Job

• Manage day-to-day onsite MRO and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Lead onsite support while coordinating closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The Talent

• Good working knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, spare parts and technical components.
• Experience supporting machinery maintenance requirements, technical sourcing and supplier coordination.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory management, KPI management, cost-saving initiatives and team leadership would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working independently at a customer site.
