Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to plan and allocate manpower to meet daily shipping, warehouse and production requirements. You will supervise teams, coordinate with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders, and monitor inventory accuracy.

At least 3–5 years in logistics with supervisory experience is required. SAP/Oracle or ERP familiarity is preferred. The role includes AWS, allowances and medical coverage, and a regular Mon-Fri schedule in Woodlands.

Qualificações

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years' relevant logistics/warehouse/shipping experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience managing freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport providers.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle or other MRP/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and guide warehouse/logistics teams in daily operations, safety and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate, timely system transactions.
• Manage warehouse storage, capacity, workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and monitor slow-moving, excess, obsolete and ageing inventory.
• Track logistics KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and operational controls.
• Resolve and elevate shipment, warehouse and inventory issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipping, warehouse, customs and inventory documentation for audits.
• Keep updated on import/export and customs requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and service performance.

Salary Package: Basic $6000 - $8500
