Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Marsiling to manage daily shipments, inventory, and warehouse operations. The role involves guiding a team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with freight partners.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing logistics. Proficiency with SAP/Oracle and MS Office is required. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 8:15am–5:45pm.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping or warehouse in supervisory role.
• Experience coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, and other logistics partners.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Daily review, plan and assign resources for shipments and production needs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team in warehouse operations and safety.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth logistics.
• Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure system accuracy.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory.
• Escalate critical issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SOPs, safety and controls are followed.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reviews to ensure accuracy.

• Salary Range: $6000 - $8500 + AWS + VB

• MNC in Manufacturing industry

• Working Location: Marsiling

• Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.45pm)

Job Scopes

• Daily review, plan and assign resources based on work priorities. Manage and ensure fulfilling daily shipments, production requirements and related activities.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in resolving day-to-day warehouse and operational issues, including safety.

• Effective communication, coordination and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor daily inventory movements and ensure all transactions are updated accurately and on time in the system.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, preservation, and movement of inventory throughout all warehouse processes.

• Escalate critical logistics issues promptly and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor key logistics and warehouse performance indicators, ensure daily activities are adhering to SOPs, work instructions, safety and operational controls.

• Conduct frequent cycle counts and inventory reviews to ensure inventory accuracy and identify obsolete, slow-moving, or excess materials.

• Maintain good housekeeping, safety, and environmental controls in accordance to storage requirements.

• Monitor and manage warehouse capacity, storage utilization and workflow efficiency to support current and future business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping or warehouse as supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers, and other logistics partners.

• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
