Roffe International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory movement, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for showroom, e-commerce, and B2B channels.

You will handle inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and stock control using ERP/WMS, with emphasis on QA and safety compliance. The role requires 1–3 years’ related experience and forklift license is desirable.

Qualificações

• Education requirement as listed: GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management; experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, StockTake).
• Physical ability to lift up to 15–20 kg and operate pallet jacks / forklifts.
• Forklift or Reach Truck license is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, time management, and responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound logistics: Receive, inspect, unload shipments; verify against PO; report damages or shortages.
• Outbound logistics: Pick, pack, label orders; prepare shipping documents; coordinate with 3PL couriers; handle local deliveries.
• Warehouse operations: Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes; maintain inventory accuracy; ensure proper storage conditions; keep area clean and safe.

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Executive, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and dispatching medical devices, ensuring strict quality control, accurate stock keeping, and timely deliveries to our retail showrooms, e-commerce customers, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Logistics & Inventory Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of medical devices and accessories from overseas or local suppliers.

• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and physical condition of goods against purchase orders; report any damaged or missing items immediately.

• Perform stock put-away in designated rack locations while maintaining efficient space utilization and proper product categorization.

2. Order Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics

• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for retail showroom transfers, e-commerce customers, and B2B orders.

• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., Delivery Orders, Consignment Notes) and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) couriers for timely pickups.

• Handle local delivery arrangements and support emergency stock transfers between warehouses and showrooms when required.

3. Warehouse Operations & Stock Management

• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory stocktakes using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Maintain strict inventory accuracy and investigate any stock discrepancies.

• Ensure all medical equipment is stored in accordance with proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature control, moisture prevention).

• Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, safe, and compliant with local workplace safety and health regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management. Experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or FMCG is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience operating WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, StockTake systems).

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes (up to 15-20 kg) and operating manual or electric pallet jacks / forklifts.

• Certifications: Valid Forklift Driver License or Reach Truck License is highly desirable.

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, reliability, good time management, and a strong sense of responsibility.
