You will manage advisory support on grievances, workplace issues, and investigations, while developing and enforcing consistent HR policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 8+ years in employee relations, policy, or governance.

They are currently seeking Lead Employee Relations to play a key role in strengthening HR governance, employee relations, and policy frameworks across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Manage and provide advisory support on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace issues, and investigations.
• Develop, review, and enhance HR policies and frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide guidance on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and internal governance standards, including support for audits and case reviews.
• Drive effective communication and rollout of HR policies to ensure consistent understanding and application across the organization.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Employee Relations, HR Policy, or HR Governance.
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases and engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices; experience in large organizations will be an advantage.
