Quantum Automation Pte Ltd in Brazil is seeking a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to drive growth in M&E and building automation markets. You will develop new business, engage consultants during design, and promote BMS and energy-management solutions across M&E contractors and developers.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, negotiation and timely follow-through on tenders and proposals, with a focus on expanding the customer base in the Norte region.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Building Automation is required.
• 3–5 years' experience for Assistant Sales Manager; more for Sales Manager.
• Good knowledge of BMS and ACMV/HVAC.
• Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good technical and commercial understanding.

• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.
