Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop new business in Integrated Security Systems and related ELV solutions. You will identify projects, engage consultants, and coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive tenders and proposals.

The role requires building strong relationships with consultants, developers, and contractors while managing multiple tenders and maintaining the sales pipeline.

Qualificações

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote Integrated Security System and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.
• Review tender specifications, drawings, BOQ and requirements, and coordinate with internal technical teams and suppliers to prepare compliant and competitive solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Attend tender interviews, technical presentations, clarification meetings and commercial negotiations when required.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E or equivalent.

• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience in Security/ELV system sales, tendering or system integration.

• Good technical understanding of Integrated Security/ELV systems, particularly CCTV/VMS, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and system integration.

• Familiar with Singapore M&E construction tender processes, consultant specifications, tender drawings, BOQ and compliance submissions.

• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers are an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Good technical and commercial understanding.

• Task-oriented, proactive and results-driven.

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.

• Able to manage multiple projects and tight tender deadlines.

• Highly responsive to customers, consultants and suppliers.

• Flexible and committed when business-critical matters arise, particularly during tender submissions, negotiations and project-critical periods.

• Outgoing, professional, pleasant and a good team player.
