KONTOURZ PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated M&E Lead to head the maintenance and engineering team across site operations in the Região Norte.

You will supervise daily maintenance, oversee preventive programs, and drive project execution while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. The role requires a strong track record in mechanical and electrical services, leadership, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders under budget and schedule constraints.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV or related M&E fields
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV or equivalent
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Independent and able to handle pressure
• Experience in building services or facilities management advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team for maintenance and engineering works.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to meet timelines, budget and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure operations comply with client requirements, safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor vendor/contractor performance and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

• Lead, supervise, and manage the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and engineering works.
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and project execution activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site works to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues and technical discrepancies.
• Ensure all operations comply with client requirements, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate performances of vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure efficient system operations and problem resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of project and maintenance activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV, or related M&E fields.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a complex environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong experience in building services or facilities management will be an advantage.
• Relevant BCA Academy qualifications will be a strong advantage, such as:
  • Specialist Diploma / Advanced Certificate in M&E Coordination
  • Supervision & Coordination in M&E Works
  • Green Building Operations & Maintenance
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology)
