• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or related roles.
• Exposure to tendering and project management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of DWG / AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Our client is a growing organisation in the Technical Energy Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and business requirements.
• Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
• Recommend suitable technical solutions and prepare customised proposals based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals with the relevant technical and financial information.
• Conduct sales presentations and solution briefings to effectively communicate product and service offerings.
• Develop and monitor sales plans, track business progress and follow up on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Support contract discussions and negotiations with customers where required.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Develop new business and achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development or a similar role.
• Exposure to tendering and project management will be an added advantage.
