Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an engineering professional to manage HVAC projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and clients, ensuring timely procurement, technical verification, and safety compliance on site.

The role involves preparing drawings, maintaining reports, and conducting risk assessments to minimize on-site risks, while ensuring all field paperwork and documentation are current.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree inMechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project handling, preferably with HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Project planning and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and preparation
• Project management in expediting schedule, completion of field paperwork
• Liasing with vendor/suppliers on technical information and procurement of items required based on project requirements
• Liaise with internal parties to ensure that all information and requirements are captured at the project initiation stage
• Liaising with clients on technical verification
• Attend to customers’ feedback and issues
• Arrangement and coordination for delivery
• On site installation verification
• Preparation of engineering drawings and documents
• Ensure all documentation (e.g. technical reports) are up-to-date and in order
• Prepare periodic progress report and feedback
• Perform risk assessment to minimize risk at job site
• Ensure job are carried out comply with safety guidelines from the authorities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, BMS, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical skill
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
