  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships to convert them into paying customers.
  • Utilize provided scripts and adapt sales pitches based on customer needs and responses.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring a quick and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the company''s CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize customer engagement.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
