Job description

Volkswagen Group Services provides specialized services to VW Group companies, ensuring excellence in our deliveries and focusing on the strategic needs of each client. In 2023, we expanded our operations to South America and are seeking talented and engaged professionals to join us on this journey.

Main responsibilities

1. Answering support requests for ADCS and KIRA certification campaigns:
   • Assist OE managers/coordinators with ADCS and KIRA usage requests.
   • Forward validation tasks in KIRA to appropriate representatives upon request.
   • Manage special identities not to be validated with ADCS by entering them into an exception list.
   • Handle errors related to writing identity data into the VCD.
2. Support data cleansing of partner company employees:
   • Cleanup of OE assignments following restructuring.
   • Analyze identity data of non-active partner employees.
   • Accept, evaluate, and forward incidents and service requests to relevant departments.
   • Prepare cyclical validation processes for partner employees.
3. Support processing cases in Volkswagen AG's B2B identity process:
   • Conduct analyses to activate partner employees.
   • Resolve issues during migration to B2B identity, including rejected cases.
   • Identify reasons for non-migration and initiate measures such as re-requests or deactivations.
   • Verify and upload alternative confidentiality agreements for partner companies.
   • Assist in company change processes.

Requirements and skills

• Experience: Over 3 years in IAM support roles.
• Systems: Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin, IBM Security Verify, SailPoint, Google Cloud Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Auth0, Oracle Identity Management, CyberArk, Saviynt, NetIQ, Centrify (Delinea), RSA SecurID, Broadcom Identity Manager, Evidian.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Languages: Proficiency in German (B2, C1, or C2) and English (B1, B2, C1, or C2).
