Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, seeks an experienced Travel Agent to provide travel consulting, issue tickets, and complete reservations using Amadeus and other systems. You will assist with documentation, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance, while ensuring high service quality and accurate bookings.

You will handle post-sale support, respond across channels, meet sales targets, and help customers design domestic and international trips.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and sales skills.
• Proficient with airline portals and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Experience planning domestic and international trips.
• Knowledge of airline portals and GDS usage for bookings.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation and engagement abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide travel consulting on destinations, costs, and availability.
• Issue airline tickets and bookings using Amadeus and other systems.

• Provide travel consulting services, including information on tourist destinations, costs, and availability


• Issue airline tickets and tickets for other means of transportation


• Make reservations for hotels, rental cars, and other services


• Advise clients on documentation, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and other relevant information


• Complete reservations using the systems provided by the company


• Issue and deliver vouchers


• Conduct post-sale follow-up and support clients throughout the service delivery process


• Assist clients through multiple communication channels


• Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the achievement of top NPS scores


• Request additional services, such as seat assignments, meals, and special assistance


• Make and monitor air reservations in accordance with client procedures and agreements


• Use Amadeus, E-Gol, E-Latam, broker platforms, and travel insurance systems

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Proficiency with airline portals, including E-Latam, E-Gol, Azul, Passaredo, and the Wooba portal


• Bachelor’s degree completed


• Intermediate English proficiency


• Experience working at travel agencies; experience at a multi-brand agency is preferred


• Experience planning customized domestic and international trips


• Strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo


• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively


• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, with a focus on international destinations
