A multinational tech company in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flows, and preparing reports for stakeholders. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices in Colombia.
Produce and manage the three main financial statements: the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement. Close monthly balance sheets and profit & loss reporting in collaboration with the CFO.
Create efficiencies in the nationalization and importation of products.
Monitor and follow up on cash flows and currency exchange operations.
Generate financial controls and perform cross-checks to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. Maintain general ledger and vouchers.
Record, post, and maintain financial transactions, ensuring compliance with finance and tax filing requirements, quarterly GST submissions, audits, procedures, and forms, both statutory and internal.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze variances.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts. Carry out billing activities and administer payroll.
Maintain inventory records, conduct monthly inventory audits, and reconcile assets and liabilities.
Handle financial year cycle closing, reporting, and prepare records for the annual audit.
Work week from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, on-site.
Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, sales process, product related topics; providing constant necessary materials, and providing continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential.
