What's the job? We seek a driven and dynamic Account Manager to identify and execute opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will work independently and collaborate with our SDR and CSM teams to foster growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  2. Manage your own sales pipeline and contribute to team pipeline as a quota-carrying position.
  3. Become a product expert.
  4. Analyze customer data to spot expansion opportunities.
  5. Represent the company with outstanding customer service and approach.
  6. Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams for a seamless customer experience.
  7. Influence product development based on customer needs.
  8. Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership.

Requirements:

  1. At least one year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company.
  2. Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude.
  3. Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  4. Self-learning ability and independence.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to thrive under pressure.
  7. Remote work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000
