Senior Technical Account Manager - Brazil

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team! As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them expand their use of our product, discover new use cases, and liaise with support and engineering teams. Your ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness with Axonius.

Responsibilities

  • Train customers on product usage.
  • Demonstrate new features confidently as they are released.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify additional use cases.
  • Conduct regular meetings and QBRs with technical and executive teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and product teams on feature requests and expectations.
  • Manage escalated support tickets and coordinate resources to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience in a customer-facing role within Cyber Security.
  • Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Understanding of Internet protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, SMB, FTP, Telnet, LDAP/LDAPS).
  • Basic knowledge of data formats (JSON, CSV, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of network topology, security components, cloud security, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Basic Python skills.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills.

Advantages

  • Experience with technical partner enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with APIs and their practical applications.
  • Intermediate skills in Python, Bash, Batch, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of data analysis and extraction techniques.
