Our team is passionate about technology and committed to fostering an environment where talent can thrive and grow.Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager based in Brazil to target businesses across the country.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for the Technical Support Advisors and Pre-Sales team, with a focus on driving the top of the funnel. They will be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential customers, setting up demos and meetings for the sales team, and tracking and reporting on their progress.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales profession.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers for our CxP products
  • Outreach to potential customers through email, phone, and social media to schedule demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Qualify leads based on fit and readiness to buy
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies
  • Track and report on progress against lead generation targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and prospecting roles
  • Experience working in Ad-tech / Mar-tech Agency or platform selling roles will be preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CDP or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage
  • Mandatory to have proficiency in Speaking Spanish, English with Portuguese as a native language.
