- Oversee daily operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve client issues.
- Train staff for consistent quality experience.
- Meet department sales targets and record sales accurately.
- Manage client appointments through various communication channels.
Skills
Education
- Degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
- 3-5 Years
- Overseeing the daily operations of the facility.
