Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park is seeking a Surf Instructor to welcome guests and deliver high-quality lessons for all skill levels. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment, manage group dynamics, and tailor coaching to each guest's goals.

The role requires a certified instructor with First Aid and Surf Rescue where possible, plus experience in a leisure or hospitality setting. Weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid surf instructor certification required (ISA Level 1 or national equivalent).
• Valid First Aid and Surf Rescue certifications preferred.
• Experience as surf coach/instructor in wave pool or structured surf school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach guests: children, teens, adults, groups and schools.
• Conduct group lessons, private coaching, and beginner classes per safety standards.
• Deliver advanced coaching for experienced surfers depending on qualification.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance and organization of surf equipment and facilities.
• Provide clear, personalized feedback to help guests progress.
