Job summary

Bahrain Surf Park seeks a dynamic Kids Club Manager to design and oversee childcare and youth programs across Bahrain Surf Park. You will lead a team of attendants and activity hosts, ensuring safety, creativity, and high engagement for children aged 3–12.

You will partner with Guest Experience, Lifeguards, Surf Academy, F&B, and Marketing to deliver cohesive family experiences while maintaining premier hospitality standards in a resort-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Certified Child First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and execute childcare and youth programs for ages 3–12.
• Lead daily Kids Club operations, safety, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Lifeguards, Surf Academy, F&B, and Marketing to integrate activities.
