Job summary

ACI Worldwide, a global leader in payments, seeks a Principal Account Executive for Bahrain/Kuwait/Egypt to drive strategic opportunities with marquee merchants and financial institutions.

You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions. The role demands regional coverage, a proven track record in payments or ecommerce, and strong negotiation and pipeline management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12 years of successful direct sales experience in target industries.
Minimum 5 years in payments, ecommerce or mobile payments.
Proven sales record and ability to close complex deals.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and market ACI products to current and potential customers.
Develop strategy and manage processes to close identified opportunities.
Manage relationships with key executives and current/prospective customers.
Maintain sales pipeline, org charts, and governance as per best practices.
Stay current on ACI products, competition and industry trends; perform other duties.
