A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Executive in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring visibility and availability of products, and developing new customer relationships. Candidates should have 1-3 years of managerial sales experience, preferably from a Blue Chip FMCG organization, and must be Bahraini nationals with strong English communication skills.

Overview

My client is a leading Blue Chip organization seeking several key commercial roles.

Open Positions

• 1 x Sales Executive
• 1 x Key Account Executive

Role Responsibilities

• Achieve volume and value sales targets at specified prices within the assigned territory.
• Ensure distribution and implementation of all promotional activities at outlet level, as per the company plan.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in all covered outlets in line with distribution and merchandising objectives.
• Maintain regular and effective use of POS material and backup stock.
• Explore, identify, and develop new customers in the territory.
• Coordinate with counterpart divisions for collection.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of managerial sales experience.
• FMCG experience from a Blue Chip organization.
• Bahraini national with excellent English communication skills and confident speaking abilities.
