Job summary

Projects Access and Scaffolding is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Bahrain to lead a prestigious resort dining operation. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership and a passion for delivering five-star guest experiences.

You will manage day-to-day restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure top-tier service while optimizing costs and inventory. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred for this luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Previous experience with a 5-star hotel/resort, luxury restaurant, or premium dining outlet is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory, and guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance with a guest-focused personality.
• Candidates currently available in Bahrain will be given preference.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Ensure smooth coordination between Front of House and Kitchen operations.
