Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations ensuring top-tier service.
• Lead staff scheduling and labor optimization for shifts and events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Forecast inventory and procure food, beverages, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop SOPs and promotional initiatives to attract and retain guests.
