Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across FOH and BOH.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware and cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across both Front of House FOH and Back of House BOH
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Effectively manage and schedule staff shifts ensuring proper coverage and productivity
• Monitor and evaluate team performance providing ongoing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
• Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food beverages kitchenware and cleaning supplies
• Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Uphold and enhance the restaurants brand image and reputation

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends with the ability to recommend pairings and explain menu details
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
• Strong leadership interpersonal and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and P amp L management
• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred
