Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across FOH and BOH.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
Forecast inventory needs and oversee procurement of food, beverages, kitchenware and cleaning supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Uphold and enhance the restaurant's brand image and reputation.
Develop and implement promotional strategies and local outreach initiatives to attract and retain clientele.
Identify marketing opportunities including digital campaigns, social media engagement and in-house events.
Train and onboard new hires and maintain continuous development for existing staff.
