You will coordinate with regional Product/Service teams and ensure new accounts transition smoothly through onboarding and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in field sales within freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to meet with customers off-site on a regular basis.
• Self-motivated in fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and know potential customers and competitors.
• Orchestrate customer branch relationships and collaborate with internal resources.
• Create value-added solutions for customer logistics needs including cost-benefit calculations.
• Support transition of new accounts through introductions and paperwork.
• Assist AR collections when needed and ensure timely invoicing.
