Job summary

Expeditors in Bahrain is seeking a Senior District Sales Executive to drive new customer revenue within the district. You will manage a defined territory, nurture relationships with customers and colleagues, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver logistics solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in field sales for freight forwarding and logistics, strong English communication, and a proactive, fast-paced working style with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Field Sales (Freight Forwarding and Logistics)
• Frequent off-site customer meetings
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well individually and in a team
• Extroverted, confident, enthusiastic and persuasive
• Influences others to action and maintains accountability

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Timely data entry in our CRM tool.
• Orchestrate customer branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product/Service/Geo/Knowledge Management resources.
• Create value-added solutions for customers' logistics needs, including cost-benefit diagrams.
• Support the transition of new accounts through introductions, information transfer, and paperwork.
• Provide AR accounts receivable collection support when needed.
• Attend training and development sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Participate in local trade groups as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Take on additional assignments to support company needs.
