Job summary

Accorhotel Bahrain seeks a Guest Relations/Front Office associate to welcome guests, conduct check-in, and escort them to rooms. You will upsell rooms and F&B, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain high lobby standards while following safety procedures.

The role requires excellent English communication and a proactive, professional attitude; Russian language is a plus, with Opera PMS experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Russian language proficiency is a plus for guest interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the limousine and escort them safely to their hotel room.
• Greet guests on arrival, conduct check-in and registration procedures.
• Upsell rooms, spa, gallery and F&B outlets.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries, log and follow up.
• Assist cashiers with guest billing procedures and help with check-out arrangements.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and high standards, and participate in safety procedures.
