Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.
