Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a Guest Relations professional to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and ensure an exceptional first impression in a luxury setting.

Role includes handling inquiries, providing local information, upselling amenities, and supporting smooth front desk operations. Fluency in English is required, Russian is a plus, and Opera PMS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at arrival and escort to room.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures and registrations.
• Maintain suites in high standard of maintenance and cleanliness.
• Log guest complaints and follow up with action.
• Provide information on tours and bookings as requested.
• Upsell hotel rooms, spa, gallery and F&B outlets.
• Assist cashiers with billing procedures.
• Ensure smooth guest departure and express thanks.
