Job summary

AccorHotel in Bahrain is seeking a Reservations Specialist to create exceptional guest experiences during our pre-opening phase. You will manage reservations across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence, while delivering responsive, friendly service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus), familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office, and a customer-centric mindset focused on personalization and upselling

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: handle guest reservations via phone, email and online channels with accuracy.
• Communication Hub: central point for guest inquiries; provide room availability, rates and hotel services.
• Booking Process: enter reservations into PMS; update availability and payment information.
• Guest Assistance: assist guests with inquiries and special requests to personalize experiences.
• Collaboration with Departments: coordinate with Sales, Front Desk and Housekeeping.
• Communication Enhancement: refine processes to streamline reservations and improve satisfaction.
• Upselling and Promotion: identify opportunities to upsell room categories, packages and promotions.
