Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain invites applications for a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service at the front desk and handling reservations.

The role requires at least 2 years in ultra-luxury hospitality, outstanding guest services skills and fluent English, with strong organization and flexible hours. Basic computer skills are required; hospitality diploma is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar ultra‑luxury hospitality/spa role.
• Outstanding guest services skills and professional presentation.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment; remains calm.
• Flexible working hours; hospitality diploma is an asset.
• Computer literacy in Windows and MS Office is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide information about spa services, treatments and wellness programs.
• Assist guests with check‑in/check‑out; manage reservations.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Handle changes/cancellations and answer inquiries by phone or email.
• Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
• Maintain a clean reception area and manage brochures/promotions.
• Address guest requests, concerns and feedback promptly.
• Promote spa products and upsell treatments or packages as appropriate.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality; adhere to health and safety standards.
