Bahrain Surf Park is seeking a Kids Club Team Member / Head of Guest Experience to lead daily youth activities, ensure safety, and coordinate events for families visiting the park.

The role requires high energy, creativity, and strong English communication. Fluency in Arabic is a plus, with shifts including weekends and holidays in a beachside setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certificate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or Recreation Management preferred.
• Certified in Pediatric First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).

Kids Club Manager / Head of Guest Experience

OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE

As a Kids Club Team Member, you are a vital frontline team member responsible for facilitating fun, safe, and engaging youth activities across Bahrain Surf Park. Reporting directly to the Kids Club Manager, you will lead daily arts and crafts workshops, outdoor beach games, educational programs, and mini surf-themed recreational activities for children visiting the park.

You play a key role in delivering unforgettable, joyful experiences for young guests while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. By bringing high energy, creativity, and the Aloha Spirit to every interaction, you will foster a nurturing environment that gives parents total confidence while their children explore and play.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Activity Facilitation & Child Engagement

• Activity Delivery: Conduct daily scheduled kids’ activities, including arts & crafts, board games, storytelling, outdoor sandcastle competitions, and mini surf games.
• Active Supervision: Directly monitor children during all indoor and outdoor play sessions, maintaining continuous visual contact to ensure physical safety and inclusive participation.
• Event & Party Support: Assist with setting up, hosting, and running kids’ birthday parties, seasonal camps, themed workshops, and holiday events.

Child Safety, Hygiene & Check-In Operations

• Check-In/Check-Out Verification: Strictly follow child security protocols, ensuring correct child wristband tagging, parent verification, and detailed sign-in/sign-out logs.
• Sanitation & Upkeep: Sanitize toys, play equipment, tables, and craft tools daily; keep play zones, soft play areas, and storage rooms clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• First Aid & Health Response: Respond quickly to minor incidents or comfort distressed children, reporting all injuries, illness, or behavioral issues immediately to the Kids Club Manager.
• Parent Communication: Greet parents warmly, provide clear updates on their child’s activities during pick-up, and address special care instructions or dietary requests attentively.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate with fellow team members, Lifeguards, Guest Services, and F&B staff to ensure seamless execution of family events and daily park schedules.

Qualifications

• HighSchool Diploma or equivalent (required); Certification or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or Recreation Management (preferred).
• Certified in Pediatric First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain upon hire).
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working directly with children in childcare centers, summer camps, hotel kids' clubs, theme parks, or sports recreation venues.
• Demonstrated experience in hosting games, leading creative crafts, or organizing group youth activities.
