Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technologies W.L.L. in Bahrain seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth in Grid Integration and Renewable Energy projects. You will lead strategic sales, develop marketing plans, and build long-term customer relationships with utilities, EPCs, and partners.

You will manage forecasts, pipelines, and proposals using Salesforce and Power BI, aligning technical solutions with customer needs while upholding Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 10–12 years in power transmission and distribution sectors.
• Experience with substations, FACTS, and BESS recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Grid Integration.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and proposals.
• Prepare forecasts, pipelines using CRM and BI tools.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with stakeholders.
