Job summary

RAFFLES is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily operations of the F&B outlet in a luxury setting. You will lead Attendants, welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure a personalized dining experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-oriented approach. English fluency is essential, with additional languages advantageous in a diverse hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B service in a 5-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory role preferred (F&B Captain/Team Leader).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Lead F&B Attendants to ensure smooth service.
• Welcome guests and assist with seating for personalized dining.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Take orders accurately and ensure proper service sequence.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments for seamless service.
• Upsell menu items, promotions and hotel facilities.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas.
• Train and coach new team members on service standards.
