Job summary

Raffles Bahrain invites experienced hospitality professionals to lead our luxury In-Villa Dining team. You will supervise shifts, ensure impeccable service, and uphold the brand’s high standards for personalized in-room dining experiences.

You bring 3+ years of luxury in-room dining, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Additional languages are a plus, and you will mentor junior staff while coordinating daily tasks to deliver WOW guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years luxury in-room dining experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the In-Villa Dining team during shifts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Greet guests and provide personalized in-room dining service.
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys and workstations.
• Follow HACCP and food safety standards.
• Report guest feedback and irregularities to management.
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods.
• Safely operate and drive a buggy for delivery and collection of orders.
• Train and mentor junior waitstaff.
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the In-Villa Dining team during shifts
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes and preparation methods
• Greet guests warmly and provide professional personalized in-room dining service
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards
• Respond to guest enquiries and promote upselling opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of trolleys, workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
• Handle collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays and trolleys efficiently
• Report guest feedback, complaints and irregularities to management
• Support other F amp B outlets during busy periods as needed
• Safely operate and drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders
• Take full responsibility for Destination Dining setups and create WOW Experiences
• Train, coach and mentor junior waitstaff
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery
