Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, part of the Accor portfolio, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Arabic speaking) to drive corporate and local accounts, manage MICE inquiries, and support catering sales. The role requires a successful track record in luxury hospitality within the Gulf region and excellence in building long-term client relationships.

You will lead proposals, site visits, and presentations, coordinate with operations for flawless events, and aim to exceed monthly

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment (in KSA) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE and catering segments.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts.
• Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking.
• Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion.
• Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business.
