Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain is seeking a proactive Sales professional to lead strategic sales plans and drive revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, conduct client engagements, and present solutions tailored to client needs in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a track record in hotel sales and market knowledge. This position is based on-site in Bahrain and offers opportunities within Accor's premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records.
• Knowledge of hotel features, benefits, and competing hotels within the market.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive sales innovations.
• Solicit new and existing accounts through calls, site visits, and written communication.
• Direct hotel sales operations to maximize revenue across segments and channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to grow market share.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer solutions.
• Stay updated with regional/international developments and convert to sales opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services to conduct successful sales.
