The role emphasizes managing daily bar operations, devising menus, maintaining service standards, monitoring stock and costs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety policies to deliver guest-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Professional grooming and presentation
