Job summary

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa in Bahrain seeks a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team. Welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations with warmth and efficiency.

You will work with Opera Cloud, maintain brand standards, and deliver outstanding service while coordinating with other departments; English is essential, and flexibility to work shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
