Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Greek/Mediterranean restaurant. Lead daily operations, train staff, and collaborate with culinary team to elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee service quality, curate wine offerings, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the restaurant. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in fine dining or upscale environments.
• Exceptional leadership and guest services mindset are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop strategies to enhance dining experience and revenue.
• Curate an extensive wine list and provide expert recommendations.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to update menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor inventory and oversee purchasing to keep stock well maintained.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain service excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
