Yusen Logistics is seeking a WMS Specialist to ensure smooth operation of the WMS, support users, diagnose issues and contribute to warehouse process optimization across global operations.

You will collaborate with warehouses, operations and IT, develop reports and dashboards, participate in projects, test and implement changes, and maintain system documentation while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience providing user support and incident management.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, warehouse ops and IT.
• Interest in emerging technologies and proactive support mindset.
• Fluency in English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and independence.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing support to WMS users.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user requests and system issues.
• Collaborate with warehouses, operations, and IT teams.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards to support processes.
• Participate in projects to develop, optimize, and integrate WMS with other IT solutions.
• Develop, update, and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and recommend improvements to warehouse processes and systems.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors on enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
