Join Kuehne+Nagel as a WMS Superuser and become a specialist ensuring the warehouse management system stays aligned with business requirements. You will guard system stability, monitor operations, and drive improvements to keep the landscape reliable and up to date.

You will configure WMS settings, support end users, and collaborate with IT and logistics teams to implement enhancements and new features, including EDI interfaces with other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to configure and maintain WMS settings
• Knowledge of EDI and interfaces to other systems
• Strong SQL and database basics
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call duties
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilités

• Monitor key WMS parameters to identify issues.
• Provide training on the system to end users.
• Monitor tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Report risks related to the WMS system.
• Work on continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare functional requirements for developers.
• Test new features before UAT/Production deployment.
• Monitor EDI messages between WMS and other systems
