Job summary

Reporting to the IT WMS Solutions Delivery Manager, you will lead go‑live projects, changes, and continuous improvements while collaborating with Operations, Site Managers and external vendors to optimize the WMi platform at international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SC or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates WMi in a 3PL or supply chain.
• Ability to translate warehouse requirements into WMi configurations.
• Understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, outbound, inventory, labour.
• Experience delivering WMi configuration changes and participating in implementations from requirements through go-live.
• SQL knowledge for data investigation, configuration validation, and diagnostics.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication; ability to run workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain WMi solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, configuration build, testing, and go-live support.
• Deliver WMi configuration changes per change management, with documented specifications and tests.
• Maintain complete WMi documentation, design records, and knowledge base.
• Coordinate with Manhattan Associates and vendor support to ensure timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize WMi configurations and contribute to the roadmap.
