Job summary

Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd is seeking a Reporting Specialist for Cluster North to ensure reliable, timely and user-friendly reporting across the organization. You will drive automation and improve processes using Excel, Power BI and related tools, coordinating with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.

You have a strong analytics background, 5+ years in financial or management reporting, and outstanding communication skills in English; Dutch or German are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or Data Analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial or management reporting and BI.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX.
• Experience with VBA and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Power BI or willingness to develop in this area.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the recurring reporting calendar with timely, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain and improve internal management and external reporting processes.
• Monitor data quality, investigate issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, VBA and related tools.
• Automate reporting and finance-related processes to increase efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for report users; provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders on reporting improvements.
