Job summary

DESOTEC Desotec NV in Belgium seeks a Waste Operations Receptionist to manage a smooth reception, process incoming waste transports, and support visitors. You are the central contact at site entrance and ensure procedures and safety rules are followed.

You will greet drivers, verify documents, log information in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and handle related admin tasks. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in Dutch, English, and French are required; MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (spoken and written).
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for drivers, parcel services, contractors, technicians, emergency services and visitors at the site entrance.
• Perform access control, register visitors correctly and inform them about safety regulations and access procedures.
• Verify that required documentation for incoming waste transports is complete and compliant, and log information in the ERP system.
